How to Stretch

"Stretch for 20 minutes"...

Looking back on the past few seasons, when I saw or heard someone say this; I froze. Stretch?

Heck, I remember doing a few of these in High School, but for 20 minutes? What do you do for 20 minutes???

Well, thanks to a Starbucks' conversation with DA member Gregory LaMothe, my stretching questions are over. He shared with me a stretching exercise routine that takes just about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

This comes from DA Amy Goddard and is fantastic. I go through this routine about 3 times a week during the evening and use a lot of these positions after workouts.
